University
2016 - 2020
From 2016 to 2020 I was enrolled in the Interactive Multimedia Design course at Ulster Uni Jordanstown, and graduated with 2:1. It was a pretty multifaceted course, so I had a chance to learn a lot of different skills and technologies.
I gained experience in HTML5/CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, the Unity engine (with some C#) PHP and MySQl, among other technologies.

Final Year Project
In Year 4 we had to create a Final Project; bringing together all the skills we'd learnt over the previous 4 years.
My final project was VEGGIE QUEST; a web app that lets vegans and vegetarians find suitable food nearby. I used Node.js, Express.js, JavaScript and jQuery to build the site, with a MySQL database to store the information.
I am currently revisiting the site, and hope to have it deployed for public soon. If you like, you can view my Final Project report here.
I can also provide a video walk-through of the project.
--------
Guardian News Website
In our final, year we had to use The Guardian News API to create a news website. I opted to use NodeJS on the back-end with jQuery and Bootstrap on the front-end.
You can view a live version of the site here, and view a video walk-through here.
